Extended Family

We organize social and group activities aimed at facilitating social interaction and the formation of new friendships. These activities include interactive games, outings to locations of their choosing, and local events tailored to their interests. We also offer therapeutic activities such as arts and crafts, memory games, musical entertainment, chair exercises, and more, which are designed to provide opportunities for learning new skills, rekindling old ones, and promoting personal growth among all participants. In addition, we provide nutritious meals, and an afternoon snack every day. We also offer transportation services to facilitate access to our center.

A Day at Extended Family

We provide adult day services for aging adults requiring assistance to safely remain independent in the community and at home. Participants attend on a regular schedule of their choosing. We build a personalized and coordinated set of services directed at maintaining or improving their capabilities of self-care. When a participant joins our program, we create a service plan for each individual along with the caregiver to maximize the most benefit out of the program.
