Understanding the challenges and joys that come with aging, we have created a haven that focuses on both physical well-being and emotional enrichment. With over 50 years of combined staffing experience, we are here to maximize our participants' physical abilities, cognitive balance, and social experiences with the support and guidance of all caregivers and our community.

Our Extended Family

Adult Homes Family Care

At Extended Family, we offer two compassionate care options tailored to your needs. Choose from our Adult Homes Family Care, where aging adults and those with medical conditions receive personalized support in a cozy, shared home setting, or our Adult Day Services Center, a warm and engaging environment that promotes physical, cognitive, and social well-being—or enjoy the benefits of both.

Provides a home for individuals aged 18 years and older, who may have a medical condition such as Dementias, TBI, Muscular Dystrophy or is not able to live on their own. We are here to assist any medical needs in a home setting. The home is a shared house with three to four other residents and a caregiver. Residents will have their own private rooms and comfortable accommodations.
