ABOUT US

We are a locally women-owned business, established in 2021 on the far south side of Indianapolis. Together, we bring over 20 years of experience in healthcare, with a strong focus on adult day services. During our time in the field, we encountered a situation where a client urgently needed housing. Moved by compassion, we welcomed the client into our own home until a permanent solution could be arranged. That experience touched our hearts deeply and inspired us to become adult family care providers. As the demand for adult family care continues to grow in Indiana, we’re proud to have the capacity to operate up to six foster homes. Building on our background in adult day services, we’ve also expanded by opening an Adult Day Services Center, designed not only to meet the needs of our broader community but also to provide meaningful socialization for our house residents.

Megan

I have a marketing background with a degree from IU Business, specializing in healthcare marketing and business administration. With 15 years of experience in healthcare, I am passionate about senior advocacy, representing the well-being and needs of older adults and those with disabilities in the state. I have served on various state and county boards for many years.

Kimberly

I have worked in healthcare for over 40 years, taking on various roles such as technician in the ER, marketing director for home care and assisted living and regional director for adult day services. My passion lies in caring for others and assisting them in enriching their lives to the fullest.

Amber

I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide for 20 years. Caring for older adults and those with disabilities, has always been a passion of mine. Upon starting Our Extended Family Adult Foster Homes, I have provided one-on-one care for over 30 adults and enjoy getting to know each of them.
